Tour Vehicle Specifics

The main tour vehicle is a Mercedes Valente 8 seater Van, there is a spacious boot area. Seats can be adjusted back and forth and the 7th seat removed completely, to allow for space. Please contact us with your folded chair measurements, for confirmation. Below are some of the wonderful clients and their chairs.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Tour 3A - Kakadu Full Day Tour - 2 Hour Indigenous River Cruise

​

- Wetlands Hide: Wheelchair accessible paved flat walkway, with a ramp to bird hide. No inclines. â€‹

​​​​​​​​​​​- Ubirr Rock Art Gallery: Flat Gravel Walkway - Main Art Gallery Areas are flat gravel walkways, with no inclines.​​​​​​​

- Ubirr Lookout: Natural Rock Surfaces - multiple inclines and uneven natural rock surfaces, with steps and rocks to climb up in a step format. Inaccessible for standard wheelchairs. Off-road wheelchairs could gain access. 

Guluyambi River Boat Cruise : Wheelchair accessible ramp down to the pontoon with an incline.

The client needs to be lifted into the boat from the pontoon and down a 3 step stair well into the boat.

Bowalli Visitor Centre - Paved walkway from the carpark with an incline into the visitor centre

- Yellow Water River Cruise: Wheelchair accessible paved flat walkway, boats have accessibility for wheelchairs to roll directly on.

Master Locksmith Access Key​

The Master Locksmiths Access Key (MLAK) provides those with disabilities 24/7 access to accessible facilities across Australia. The MLAK key unlocks accessible toilets, changerooms, specialty playground equipment, and more.​

Locals, visitors, and caregivers can apply for an MLAK key online or at Council's Customer Service desk.

Companion Card

The Companion Card is designed for individuals with disabilities requiring assistance to participate in community activities and visit venues. ​

It provides a complimentary 'companion' ticket at participating tours, experiences and public transport.

At this stage, with our small group tours only, we cant offer discounted or free travel for Companion Card holders.

Access Hub serves as a vital resource for individuals who are d/Deaf, hard of hearing, or have speech communication difficulties.
